Many outdoor sessions take place ~90 mins before sunset and are about an hour of session time, and it's SOOOO worth it!

Footage of your family doing what they love, being who they are, having fun and enjoying life! Capturing movements, mannerisms, and the way they smile. Taken during the photo session, edited, and set to music. It's a treasure to have memorable time capsules; your edited video will be 60-90 seconds.

May we bring our dog(s)?
Yes! Mention it so we can find a location that is perfect for your family.
Note: remember to bring some treats to keep them attentive for the Christmas Card shot, plus a favorite ball for playful pics!
Can we use our vacation rental for pics?
Many family gatherings are at an AirBnB or at Grandma's house, I totally understand it's easiest to keep children and less mobile adults in one area, and will accomodate when possible!
Because factors of lighting and weather (I am a natural light photographer, and light- or absence of it- will make or break your pics), I will be honest with you if your location is workable or not, and work with you on options.
What happens if rains? I mean, PNW :D
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we will discuss indoor options. Most often it works out.

Prices are subject to WA state sales tax. Prices are subject to change and are non-negotiable. Rate honored once your session is booked.
If the client cancels the contract prior to the session date or fails to show up for their session for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by Courtney Holcomb Photography in order to offset loss of business.
Holiday rate may apply on holidays and holiday weekends.
Images are delivered in both color and black and white
All digital images (jpg form) include a print release assigned to the client. Courtney Holcomb retains the rights to all images.
Credit cards accepted. Retainer due upon booking, balance due before your session. Inquire about a payment plan.
